Deep Tissue / Trigger Point Therapy
This more advanced type of massage seeks to get at the deeper layers of muscles and respective tissues and trigger points that are holding stress, tension and pain. With increased pressure and slower focused technique designed to alleviate chronic pain, trigger points in their muscles due to occupational hazards or sports injuries.

Geriatric Massage
Geriatric massage is a form of massage designed to meet the specific health conditions and needs of the elderly population. It involves the use of gentle hand motions, these motions are comfortable and soothing to the body. They are designed to improve blood circulation and heart function, prevent diabetic complications, relieve muscle tension, and relax the body and the mind.
30 minutes: $30, 60 minutes: $40, 90 minutes: $50
Swedish Massage
A gentle full-body relaxation massage designed to relieve muscle tension, reduce fatigue, calm the nervous system, improve mind-body awareness and create an overall sense of well being, serenity, harmony and balance.

Hot Stones Massage
The art of Hot Stone Massage is a luxurious and relaxing experience using the penetrating heat of volcanic basalt stones placed on various parts of the body to gently loosen up tightened or stressed muscles. Those experiencing a hot stone massage will notice a healing improvement of the following symptoms: muscular aches and pain, poor circulation, rheumatic and arthritic conditions, fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety and tension, insomnia and depression.
60 minutes: $50, 90 minutes $65
Serenity Energy Healing
Is a high-vibrational and multi-dimensional self-healing and interactive Spiritual energy healing process that can be used by any person from any walk of life or spiritual orientation for self-healing. Transforming tissue trauma, chronic pain, cellular memories, and energetic imbalances in the physical body, emotional field and associated thought forms. Working with our innate healing abilities and our own spiritual belief structure, with creative loving intention, taking a pro-active stance for our own well-being and finding ways to becoming more empowered, loving, light and grace-FULL.

I can also provide Therapeutic Massage and Geriatric Massage in the Comfort of Your Home. As a mobile massage therapist, I bring my table or massage chair to you and all the supplies needed to provide the best massage possible. I just need enough space to set up my massage table or massage chair.
 About Joseph Inverso, LMT
Joseph is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with over ten years experience, with extensive training in mind-body therapeutics, transpersonal psychology and deep tissue/trigger point therapy.
He values the care of each patient by tailoring each massage to their unique conditions, from geriatric massage of the elderly population in town, to a more advanced deep tissue or hot stone massage.
If you would like to meet Joseph in person to ask him any questions you might have about his work in massage therapeutic, you can find him at the Foster Cottage Museum on Main Street in Clifton Springs, Tuesday thru Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, he has been the manager of the museum for the last seven years.
