Bounds Building and Remodeling is a full service contracting company. They specialize in new construction, additions, roofing, siding, windows, kitchens and baths. Their experienced contractors are able to assist their customers in any phase of contracting.
The company was founded in 2003 by Tim Bounds of Clifton Springs. Since it's debut, the success of his company has far exceeded his expectations. The company has grown tremendously in the 3 years they have been in business. In their busiest months, Bounds Building and Remodeling employs at least 12 people. Their focus has been in the Clifton Springs/Phelps area. However, they have done work all over Ontario, Wayne, Yates, Seneca and parts of Monroe Counties. In just 3 short years, they have become the contracting company of choice in the Clifton Springs/Phelps area.
With most roof replacements being completed within 1 day, it's easy to see why the business is expanding. The main goal of the company is complete customer satisfaction. From the initial estimate to the final day on the job, the customer is always put first. They respect their customers by showing up on time, maintaining clean job sites, keeping costs within discussed terms, and by affording each of their customers the highest level of quality work possible.
